Trip is an energetic success-driven executive with over seventeen years of progressive experience in consulting for major government and private sector clients. As Vice President and Senior Consultant, Trip will focus campaigns to ensure timely success, all while positioning investor relationships for the future.

Trip's career experience provides Stellar's clientele with demonstrated capabilities and a proven history of successful project outcomes. Throughout his career, he has worked with diverse groups of stakeholders on multiple high visibility projects - focusing their unique perspectives towards collectively achieving common goals. His experience has included working with Base Closure Realignment projects, including his participation in Restoration Advisory Board meetings. Trip was chosen to participate in Dr. John Grinell's twelve-month Decathlon leadership program from a select group of Senior Executives. This exclusive training provides Stellar clients the resulting benefits including refined leadership skills, exceptional motivational abilities, and proven communication techniques. He has received Professional Oral Presentation training from Ron Hamby and Babette Ferris and is comfortable speaking to groups of individuals in formal settings.
A STELLAR Career
Trip has served in an executive capacity managing organizations producing over $40 million of revenue annually. He has led a staff of over 100 employees performing projects throughout the United States, Mexico and Bermuda. His public sector clients have included the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Air Force, and numerous State and local Government agencies. Over the past 5 years, Trip has gained extensive consulting experience working with strategic planning projects, small and minority business diversity programs, community development, mission and vision statement creation, and branding projects. He has a proven track record of successful project planning and delivery, generating results that meet or exceed expectations.
A STELLAR Foundation
Trip holds a BS in Business Administration from Florida Southern College which he received in 1989. He continued his education with graduate level course work at Southern Methodist University in 1995, and then completed an Applied Engineering Program at Oklahoma State University in 1998. Trip has served as a Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Representative. He also holds several State General Engineering and Building Contractor's Licenses. He is a Nationally Certified Hazardous Material Manager.
Trip and his wife JoAnne live in Jacksonville Beach, Florida and have three children. Trip works with local youth sports organizations as a coach on a volunteer basis. He enjoys inshore and offshore saltwater fishing in his spare time. |
