A STELLAR Career
Tom has served as chief executive officer of two regional, public/private economic development organizations in Los Angeles and Denver raising over $40 million for both organizations. He also served as Mayor and City Councilman of Burbank, California, receiving the prestigious “Distinguished Leadership” award from the American Planning Association (APA) in 1993 for his economic revitalization achievements. He is known for his visionary and innovative approach to local economic development organizations throughout the western United States.
