The key to customer satisfaction is service and Erin Rodriguez is a professional at addressing problems, identifying and implementing solutions and following up to assure satisfaction. At STELLAR, Erin is often the first contact for clients and she can quickly and effectively triage the call to the proper team member. She is immersed in all STELLAR activities and is a true multi-tasker. She helps assure that proposals and studies are delivered as promised and can always find information you may need.
A STELLAR Career
Erin holds an emergency medical technician certification from Florida Community College in Jacksonville and for several years worked in hospital settings and with Jacksonville Fire Rescue as a communications officer. Although she performed exceptionally well under pressure, she followed her dream to Hollywood and performed as an extremely capable office manager working with high profile musicians and rock bands. Returning to her native Jacksonville, she worked in the food service industry and in 2007 helped open Rodriguez Energy Consulting, working with contractors and HVAC professionals. She is both a certified professional food manager and a certified energy rater..
A STELLAR Foundation
Erin is an action-oriented problem solver. Recognizing the potential threat of an oil spill to North Florida’s coastline, she organized a volunteer clean up group named “Protect Our Beach!” Today she continues her community service actively volunteering at the elementary school attended by her two children. She has been married to her husband, Wil, since 2004.
