Clay County Kick-off
 The
Clay County
(FL) Chamber of Commerce kicked off an aggressive fund raising
initiative late last month as the community's "Focus on the Future" campaign
got underway.
STELLAR will be on hand to guide the $1.25 million effort,
described by one local newspaper as a 'tightly
focused five-year marketing plan to change Clay's image as a bedroom or
commuter community'. The Clay County community currently
sees about 60 percent of it's work force leave the county for jobs
elsewhere each morning and aims to change that imbalance.

Iowa City picks STELLAR!

Iowa
City Area Development Group has chosen

over several firms to help organize, design, test and fund a bold new
regional economic development effort.

 Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, a long-time involvement of
STELLAR Founder and CEO Terry Cusack, has issued a special appeal
for male volunteers. The Nation-wide organization reports, in a
