The STELLAR Team: Growing Again

Two new faces join the STELLAR roster this month, as Al Hudson and Robert Barnes add some important new capabilities for STELLAR clients.

Al Hudson, who's career has included teaching, writing presentation of management training programs, real estate sales and brokerage management, as well as fund-raising, serves clients as an on-site campaign director. Al designs and administers feasibility studies and develops, implements and manages the complete campaign, working directly with the client and volunteer leadership as well as soliciting major campaign investors or donors.

Robert Barnes, PhD, with a twenty year focus on philanthropy, has raised more than $50 million for higher education, healthcare and other nonprofit organizations.

As a STELLAR Vice President and Senior Consultant, Bob develops plans, leads the feasibility study, and then takes his expertise on-site to direct the campaign and ensure the achievement of goals.

So Long, Jack

Jack Allston, CEcD, FM, Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Economic Development Division, is now "off the road" after accepting a new position as Executive Director of the Northwest Commission in Pennsylvania.

While we're sorry to see them go, we wish the best to Jack and his family, mindful that it was Jack who pioneered the STELLAR Economic Development Services Division. Yahoo and Big Brothers Big Sisters have chosen STELLAR CEO Terry Cusack and his little brother Ben Nowland to represent one of their "100 Greatest Stories of the First 100 Years" of that organization. The inspirational story of this special relationship will be published in the organization's 2004 Centennial Book.
