One really cool feature is our new
“Click-to-Call” button which allows you
to talk to us immediately with
just the click of a button. When you click it, your phone and ours will
ring simultaneously and we can discuss whatever you would like. In addition to the click-to-call service, we have added website greeter. This service allows site visitors to speak to a live representative without have to make a phone call. The site greeter can navigate a user around the website and answer basic questions about our services. If you would like to test out this service, simply go to the site and start navigating. The greeter will come up on instantly about a minute after you start using the site.
“This is
yet another strong example of STELLAR using technology to better serve our
clients and prospective clients, while further separating STELLAR from our competitors” said STELLAR Founder and CEO Terry Cusack.

Attracting Young Professionals to Your Community:
Why? And How?
By Katie Bullard, AngelouEconomics, a STELLAR Strategic Partner

The U.S. economy has drastically changed over the past 20 years.
Information and knowledge are replacing capital and energy as the primary
wealth-creating assets. This means that a region’s economic strength will
depend heavily on its ability to attract, retain, and develop a human
capital base that is skilled and flexible. A slowing rate of workforce
growth and an aging population means young, educated professionals are in
high demand.
Communities that lack the environment desired by young professionals are
at a competitive disadvantage, so economic development officials must
develop strategies to attract this valuable segment of the workforce.

strategies designed to recruit and retain them.

STELLAR Retained Once Again In Iowa; Fine Arts & Recreation Corp.
Fundraising Study Underway
Sometimes small communities dream big, retain those dreams over time, and
then
take the action necessary to fulfill their aspirations. Such is the
case with the Clarke County Fine Arts & Recreation Corporation in south
central rural Iowa. Chairman Dave Gorsline stated that they envision a
Y-type 9,000 sq. ft. modern recreation and fine arts facility with
operational endowment to be utilized by children, youth, and adults of all
ages. STELLAR has been engaged to test the feasibility of bringing this
$8.5 million project to realization through the cooperative participation
of all community citizens as well as business, corporate, foundation, and
public leadership involvement.
The Clarke County ARC has already acquired land and architectural renderings,
and they have the enthusiastic support of community volunteers like board
person Mary Ellen Kimball who, despite limited facilities, has led efforts
for a number of years to involve youth in a variety of artistic
expressions. “It is always gratifying for STELLAR to be working with such
a progressive thinking and cooperative community as they stretch towards a
brighter future for all their citizens” said, STELLAR Executive Vice
President, Dr. Robert “Bob” Barnes, Ph.D. Learn more about this project and many other
STELLAR projects by visiting our brand new website by clicking here; www.stellarfundraising.com.
